Breakfast: Grape Delight
1 bunch grapes
3 apples
1/4 lemon (or whole lemon if small)
Lunch: Tomato Surprise
1 large tomato
2 carrots
1 celery
1/2 cucumber
3 spinach leaves
Dinner: Carrot Juice Dream
4 large carrots
2 stalks celery (including leaves)
1 medium green apple
handful baby spinach
several sprigs of parsley
(optional: lemon or lime juice for taste)
Day 3 DONE!
