Breakfast: Pineapple Express (my creation) + 1/4 cup granola. (granola is okay to be eaten if you start to feel hungry during your fast!)
1 cup fresh pineapple
2 bananas
1 orange
1 cup strawberries
Best one yet! YUM!
Lunch: Green Energizer Bunny
2 apples (I used 1 Granny Smith, 1 Golden Delicious)
1/2 cucumber
1/2 lemon peeled
1/2 cup kale
1/2 cup spinach
1/4 bunch celery (forgot to add!)
1/4 bulb fennel (didn't use)
1" ginger
1/4 head romaine lettuce
Dinner: No juice, just a banana.
Day 5 DONE!
