Day 9, 10, 11 & 12

For these 3 days I only juiced once. I had a very busy school and work week. I have felt the effects and I will say I am back on track starting today!

I tried to keep it healthy and eat tuna salads for my meals.

Tuna, carrots, lettuce, spinach, hard boiled egg, cheese, NO dressing!


Kiwi Sunrise (my creation)
3 peeled Kiwis
1 cup fresh pineapples
1 peeled mango
1 cup strawberries


Tuna, carrotts, lettuce, hard boiled egg, cheese, NO dressing!


For dinner yesterday I had a half of a tuna salad hoagie and a bag of French Onion Sun Chips.
