Day 2.

Day 2: September 23
Breakfast: Banana Split (my own creation!)
1 banana
1 orange
1cup strawberries
1 Granny Smith Apple
1 1/2 seedless grapes
Delicious!

Lunch: I didn't have a juice for lunch today. I had a tuna salad with cucumbers, carrots, romaine lettuce, provolone cheese, a hard boiled egg and half a roll. This WASN'T part of the plan but this is only day 2! :x

Dinner: Mean Green Juice #2
Handful spinach
3 stalks of Kale
2 Golden Delicious apples
small handful parsley
1 lemon
1 cucumber
Again NOT so tasty! I realize the vegetable drinks will not be as wonderful as the fruit! But it is tolerable.

Day 2 DONE!
