Day 7! ONE WEEK DONE!

Day 7.
Breakfast: Morning Blitz
2 pears without seeds
2 apples
1 orange (peeled) I used strawberries

Lunch: Garden Greens
8 romaine leaves  
4 celery stalks
2 green apples (you can use a sweeter apple variety)
1 small bunch of baby spinach
1 small bunch of kale
1 small bunch of parsley
1 lemon (peeled)
1-inch piece fresh ginger

Day 7 DONE!
I'll be weighing myself in the a.m. and posting my current weight.
